Jay Kulkarni founded Theorem, Inc., in 2002. Kulkarni has been the driving force behind the company’s extraordinary expansion into the marketing services industries. Leading the charge of Optimize Today, Build Tomorrow, Jay continues to drive the Theorem team to push the boundaries of marketing services capabilities and provide superior work for clients.

Prior to founding Theorem, Jay was one of the earliest employees at DoubleClick, where he headed up product management for advertiser solutions and email platforms. As a veteran in the digital advertising space, Jay has been published by several leading trade publications and is an active participant in the digital marketing conference circuit.

Chris leads Theorem’s finance functions with a strong background in financial systems, operational accounting, budgeting, business modeling and implementing process improvements in both finance and other key business areas.Prior to Theorem, Chris has held executive roles in digital advertising with Intent Media and the fitness industry with Equinox. In addition, he was the founding partner of Praxisphere, a consulting & advisory firm providing transactional support services.

Henry Rowe leads Theorem’s strategic direction, new revenue efforts and international client business. He is a media industry veteran, bringing consultancy, agency, media owner, mar-tech and ad-tech experience to Theorem. Henry started his career as a planner at ‘Publicis’, leaving to work for the first wave of digital media specialists at ‘i-level’. Henry has run agencies within global holding groups, primarily as Managing Director of ‘Carat Digital’ (Dentsu), before setting up and building his own digital media consultancy business, ‘FaR Partners’, which he sold to Theorem in 2015.

Anand is an IT Services industry veteran with over 27 years of experience working with companies like Thomas Cook India, Tata Infotech Ltd (now Tata Consultancy Services), Wipro Technologies, and Tata Interactive Systems. Prior to joining Theorem, Anand managed India Delivery as a Chief Delivery Officer for Ness Technologies India PVT Ltd. Starting his career as a Software Engineer and eventually pivoting into Delivery Management roles, Anand has been involved in various strategic initiatives including Innovation activities throughout his professional tenure. Anand has managed customers successfully for long tenures, managing and growing a variety of customer types including large Fortune 500 companies. He is passionate about utilizing technology to solve customer pain points and he believes that value-addition is one of the key tenets in any customer engagement.

Manny Triggiano leads Theorem’s global client services, delivery, and support services teams, managing the company’s strategic direction for continued improvements across all key performance areas. Armed with a positive record of producing quality client services, applying astute management expertise, and achieving client satisfaction, Manny brings those proven successes, as well as experience in driving business growth and customer engagement across both digital and offline channels. Prior to his role at Theorem, Manny was with IMS Health, a leading healthcare information and technology services provider, where he moderated global team initiatives focused on client services, services delivery, production, and operations.

Manny holds an MBA and B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University.

Bhaskar Kalale

Bhaskar Kalale

Bhaskar Kalale leads Theorem’s India delivery team as President and General Manager of the Mysore and Bangalore offices. Prior to joining Theorem in 2011, Bhaskar spent 20 years in software product and services companies in Silicon Valley where he held senior-level positions in start-up and established product and services companies. With 27 years of experience in the IT and ITeS industry, Bhaskar is a frequent speaker at colleges and industry events. Focusing on skilling the youth of the industry through industry academia collaboration, entrepreneurship and leadership.
